Black Hills Energy has donated to Eastern Wyoming College’s Foundation a whole house heater (up to 2000 sq. ft.) to be raffled off to support EWC’s Phi Theta Kappa Honor Society, SkillsUSA, and help fund the Agricultural Technology Education Center.

The heater, valued at $3,500 “is a major gift that will help provide needed funds for the College” said John Hansen Director of Institutional Development for EWC.  Hansen further stated that, “the donation is a testament of Black Hills Energy’s belief in higher education and their philosophy of reinvesting in our local communities.”

Raffle tickets for the heater will be available during the EWC/KGOS Business Expo to be held on March 24, 25, & 26 at the Rendezvous Center in Torrington Wyoming.  Raffle tickets are also able to be purchased via phone through the Office of Development at 307.532.8397.
