EWC Community Education announces Italian Cuisine cooking class

The Eastern Wyoming College Community Education Office in Torrington announces an Italian cooking class. This class will be held on November 4, in CTEC Room 111 from 6:00 – 8:00 pm. The cost will be $35.

ITALIAN CUISINE “Buon Mangia” (means Good Eats)

Dr. Lesley Travers EWC President has decided on a dish to demonstrate and share, “PUTTANESCA” a dish originating in Naples. Bring a lidded container just in case there are leftovers. This would be a great “date night” for couples.
