Nursing Instructor - Torrington
Position:
Faculty, Full-time, Tenure-track, Benefitted, FLSA Exempt, Main Campus located in Torrington, Evening Classes, 9-month annual renewing contract
Job Summary:
The Registered Nurse (RN) Instructor is a full-time, benefitted, faculty categorized position located at the Torrington campuses. The RN Instructor must use multiple learning methods in the classroom and laboratory to maximize student learning. The position is responsible for delivering all facets of the Nursing curricula instruction materials to students in-class and the laboratory (i.e. clinical). Strong content knowledge, instruction, personal leadership, and communication skills are needed to meet program requirements and enable student success. The RN Instructor is assigned a cohort of students and their work hours on Monday – Friday may be days/afternoons or evenings. The position does require travel to various agencies for clinical instruction.
Essential Duties:
• Instruct assigned day or evening classes according to degree/program curricula
• Facilitate a student-centered positive and productive learning environment
• Coordinate, prepare, revise, and deliver curricula, syllabi, and lesson plans in work group,
classroom, and/or laboratory settings per degree/program outline
• Prepare and maintain laboratory supplies and equipment for instructional use
• Advise and mentor students through their plan of study
• Maintain current and accurate records of assigned courses and students; submit grades
• Assess student learning outcomes and use the results to improve curricula
• Help to create new courses to meet programmatic needs
• Aid and participate in student recruitment and retention
• Maintain and post regular office hours; be accessible to students outside normal class\time
• Serve on standing and ad-hoc committees as assigned
• Participate in College training and operational events
• Attend and participate in graduation ceremonies
• Perform all other duties of a similar nature or level as assigned
Salary Hire Amount:
– $68,461.47 annually for each 9-month contract period

GEAR UP Program Coordinator
Accounting and Data Manager
Job Description
Full-time, 12 months annually, FLSA Exempt, Fully Benefitted, Professional Staff, B32. Location is Main campus (Torrington, WY)
Job Summary: The Accounting and Data Manager is responsible for routine bookkeeping, database management, and correspondence inside the Foundant/Community Suite (F/CS) accounting and donor management software platform. This posiiton is also responsible for administrative support for the Foundation and College Relations offices and other functions as directed. This position reports directly to the Eastern Wyoming College Foundation Executive Director.
Livestock Judg. Coach/Recruiter
Position: The Livestock Judging Coach/Recruiter is a full-time, benefitted, professional (FSLA Exempt) position located at the Torrington Campus. EWC pays up to $1,000 for relocation expenses
Job Summary:
The Livestock Judging Coach will oversee all aspects of coaching a highly competitive livestock judging team, including responsibility for training and mentoring students interested in competitive livestock judging. The position is responsible for establishing and maintaining a network of local, regional, and national contacts supporting student recruitment and success. The position requires day time, evening, and weekends depending on the practice schedule and competitions. The position requires travel throughout the United States. The position duties require approximately 75% Livestock Judging Coach and departmental support, and 25% Recruitment.
Cook - Torrington Campus
Position:
Full-time, benefitted, FLSA non-exempt, 40 hours per week, Monday-Sunday flex rotation shift. Weekends are required and there will be opportunities to participate in catering events, Location is main campus (Torrington, WY); This is a 9–12-month position summer work will be required.
Salary Hire Amount: $17.00

Position: Full-time, 12 months annually, FLSA exempt, benefitted, professional staff, D62, occasional travel required, location is Torrington, WY campus, College pays $1k for relocation expenses
Job Summary: Under the Vice President of Administrative Services, the Director serves in a HR generalist capacity and is responsible for the development, administration, coordination, communication, and evaluation of HR functions and personnel policies and procedures. The primary duties include leadership and direction of all HR functions to ensure high quality, efficient, and effective customer service to employees for compensation and payroll, benefits, complaints, compliance with federal and state employment laws, recruitment and selection, recognition, budget management, position classification, performance feedback and evaluation. The HR Director serves on multiple standing committees. The Director serves as the Title IX Coordinator for employees, and acts as the Affirmative Action and Personnel Officer. The position requires strong attention-to-detail, communications, organization, and personal and organizational leadership skills to meet assigned duty requirements. The HR Director typically works Monday thru Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm with occasional early or evening duty and limited weekend work. The position does require occasional travel in Wyoming and EWC’s Service Area; overnight travel is rare but expected.
