Pound Puppy Acquired

Okay, so I gotta admit it.  I am a sucker for critters…..big and small, wild or tame, hairy or human.  For at least three weeks I would come out of work and the Vet Tech students would be walking the dogs.  Not the “yoyo” walking the dogs, but the real cute dogs.  I have kind of had my eye on one for a while and every time I would come out of work….. there he is.  Gray and white with a gray patch over his eye…. one spotted ear and dorky.  Didn’t matter whether I left at 5:00, 6:00 or 7:00…. they were always walking him.  And he would jump up on me like I was his best friend.  Turns out “Grayson” is up for adoption.  Yep, what a cutie.  He is big, sweet, happy and a dork.  For three weeks I hoped someone would take him home and I would not have to see him again.  But noooooooo….. Mustard gets a home, others get a home, but not Grayson.  Poor dorky Grayson.  Well he did get a home last week!  My house!
