Available to: Residents of states bordering Wyoming with a minimum GPA of 2.75 and/or 21 ACT. Automatically renewable for up to two years/four consecutive semesters for students who maintain a minimum of 2.5 cumulative GPA and complete at least 12 credits each semester.

Value: The amount of the difference between WUE and in-state tuition rates for up to 17 credit hours, plus 12 credit hours in fees (each year). Students are responsible for tuition for credits exceeding 17 per term and any additional fees beyond 12 credit hours per term.
