Eastern Wyoming College has the following campus update to share for Thursday, April 23, 2020.

Julie Sherbeyn, Director of the Student Success Center (SSC) continues to be available to assist students or answer any questions on Tuesdays and Thursdays at 1 pm. Students can find access in the SSC course in Canvas.

A pdf file from the Bookstore is attached to today’s update and will be posted on the alert page with detailed information on how to return textbooks at the conclusion of the semester.

Work is underway on the virtual graduation video to celebrate the accomplishments of the EWC graduates. Graduates (Dec 2019, May 2020, and Summer 2020) are asked to send a high resolution, appropriate photo that can be displayed when a student’s name is called. Graduates need to submit this photo ASAP to meet the deadline of April 29^th. Photos should be sent to Keith Smith – keith.smith@ewc.wy.edu.

Registration for the summer and fall semesters is continuing. Current students should work with their advisor to get registered. New students can visit the EWC website to sign up for either a virtual or on-campus registration appointment.

Residence Life has processed prorated room and board refund amounts and payment is currently being processed by the Business office for Residence Hall students. Students should expect to receive a refund in the next 1-3 weeks. Please note that those students with full room and board scholarships will not receive a refund.
